Eli - Everybody Loves I
Eli was the beloved mascot of Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital. He found a home with us on June 20, 1994 and passed away on July 3, 2008. He was brought to us by Brian Stevens. Mr. Stevens found Eli in the middle of the road where he had been hit by a car. He weighed 8 lbs 1 oz and was about 2 months old - just a small pup who desperately needed our help.

Eli had many injuries and his left leg was amputated. After Eli’s leg healed the hospital continued to care for him providing food, shelter, medical care, and lots of love. Eli found comfort in his new home. He has had several offers of adoption by loving families, but each time he seemed to long for his home at GPAH and returned to us.

Eli previously donated blood to other pets who were in need. However for the past few years he enjoyed retirement as simply the mascot and ambassador of goodwill to other pets in our care.
